What we collect
We collect information only when you choose to give it to us. Specifically, this site collects:
- Your first and last name, email address, phone number, and the message you type into the contact form on our website.
- Your first and last name, email address, and phone number when you use the online booking form to schedule an appointment.
We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or any other technology to collect information about you passively as you browse this site.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit for two purposes only:
- To reply to your enquiry. When you send us a message through the contact form, we use your name, email, and phone number to get back to you.
- To schedule your appointment. When you book online, we use your name, email, and phone number to confirm the appointment, send reminders, and keep your patient record up to date.
If you opt in to SMS communications during the booking or contact process, we may also send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and, if you separately consent, occasional practice news. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
How we store it
Information you submit is stored in our practice's customer-relationship system. We retain it for as long as it is needed to provide care and communicate with you, or until you ask us to remove it.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Live chat
This site includes a live-chat widget operated by our messaging provider. When you type a message into the chat, that message is received and processed by the messaging provider on our behalf. The provider uses the information only to deliver the conversation to our team and to maintain the chat service. We do not authorize the provider to use your information for any other purpose.
Your rights
You can ask us to correct or remove any personal information we hold about you. To do so, contact us directly:
